2. Be Alert

Look for signs of God's presence in your workplace and the lives of those you work with. If God is everywhere, if the earth and everything in it is God's - then your workplace is no exception. God shares with us the mundane or anxious moments; our successes and failures. God cares about what we do and who we are - God can inhabit our conversations, be at work in the lives of those who work alongside us - Interruptions, frustrations, chance conversations even arguments and disagreements can become part of God's greater purpose. Don't be pushy or overbearing but always be ready to ask the question 'how might God be at work here?'
