4. Be Caring

Look out for the wellbeing of those you work with. We live in God's world and God has called us to work in it and care for it. So, in our work and in our workplace we should seek to operate with the wisdom and compassion of God, whose nature we share. Seek to understand and to empathise with your co-workers, who may have all sorts going on in their lives. Everyone is made in the image of God; everyone is loved by God; everyone is part of God's creation, work as someone that God has commissioned to care for what he has made.
